Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All purchases made through Havoc Peptides are subject to the following strict return and refund conditions.

1. Returns & Eligibility

• Strict 14-Day Window: We only accept return requests within 14 days of the carrier’s logged delivery date.

• Sealed Items Only: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with all factory seals fully intact. Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly ineligible for a refund or exchange.

• Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you claim the wrong item was sent, no refund or replacement will be processed without verified proof.

To initiate a claim for a damaged or incorrect order, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your exact order number.

2. Clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer shipping box, the inner packaging, and the specific items in question showing the damage or error.

Failure to provide adequate photographic proof within the 48-hour window will result in the immediate denial of your claim.

3. Inspection and Approval Process

1. You must contact support@havocpeptides.net to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back to us. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.

2. Final Determination: Once we have received and physically inspected the returned product at our facility, we will evaluate its condition and determine, at our sole discretion, if a refund is eligible.

4. Rejections and Restocking Fees

If a returned item is inspected and found to be opened, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition, the refund will be rejected. In such cases, the item will not be sent back to you unless you agree to pay for return shipping within 7 business days of notification.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the transaction to clear your bank.
